CCTV and Facial Recognition

To ensure the safety and security of our patrons and staff, we employ CCTV surveillance both inside and outside our premises. Access to the recordings is limited and controlled, and will only be used if necessary for legal reasons or if an incident is reported. CCTV recordings are retained for a maximum of 31 days.

We also utilise facial recognition technology through Facewatch for the prevention of unlawful acts. This service assists us in identifying individuals reasonably suspected of committing crimes. Personal data will only be shared with FaceWatch for this purpose and in accordance with their privacy policy.

Margaux Lounge will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. We cannot guarantee that all menu items are free from allergens. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies when placing your order.
